From the Hunter Valley Vineyard region. 

The wine has an enchanting pale pink colour with fresh fruity aromas. Displaying sweetness on the mid palate and clean fresh finish. A wine to be consumed in its youth and will always prove to be a great pre dinner drink.

SERVING TEMPERATURE These sparkling wines are made to be served cold – less than 4 C. Store for 24 hours in a domestic fridge prior to opening or leave in wet ice for 2-3 hours.
