How will my hamper be delivered?

Australia Post will be used for all shipping requirements. Postage is quoted when your order is placed. If you live local to The Entrance, we are happy to arrange for free pick up. Please communicate this with us when/before you place your order so you aren't charged for shipping!

Soak & Co takes no responsibility for lost parcels but will always attempt to resolve any issues the best we can. 

Can I pickup my order?
Yes! We offer local pickup from The Entrance, NSW 2261. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time. 

Hampers containing alcohol:
Parcels containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18+ years. The recipient will be required to provide valid proof of age to sign for the hamper. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left at the destination unattended and will be transported to the nearest Post Office. 

Can we custom make our own hamper?

Absolutely! We do offer a carefully designed range, however, if you wish to request a change or a custom hamper - please holla. We always do what we can to go above and beyond for your loved one.  

Oh, no! My hamper arrived damaged. What should I do? 

We take the upmost care when packing all gift boxes so that they remain safe and intact on arrival. Maintaining quality service and products is incredibly important to us, so should there be any items damaged or broken please contact us within 72 hours including details and a picture. We endeavour to provide amazing service to our customers and will make arrangements for a replacement. Let's face it, nobody wants bubbly soaked through their gift hamper!
